Support the design and implementation of enterprise-wide privacy programs aligned with global privacy laws and best practices.

Develop privacy policies, SOPs, guidelines, and operating models.

Conduct privacy maturity and gap assessments against regulatory requirements.

Operationalize privacy controls across business units in collaboration with stakeholders.

Manage data mapping, TIA, DPIA, RoPA, privacy notices, and retention schedules.

Assist with DSR, consent, and breach management processes.

Embed privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles with business and technology teams.

Conduct privacy reviews of vendors and update agreements.

Assist with global regulatory compliance engagements outside privacy.

Manage assigned workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Support business development, operations, and knowledge-building initiatives.

A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university is required.

3-5 years of proven experience in Data Privacy and Protection is essential.

Strong understanding of global privacy regulations and practical implementation experience is expected.

Comfortable supporting client-facing engagements and preparing high-quality deliverables.

Ability to translate privacy requirements into actionable business processes and controls.

Familiarity with privacy technology tools such as OneTrust, TrustArc, or similar platforms is preferred.

Good understanding of information security concepts and their intersection with privacy is beneficial.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities are crucial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively.

Candidates from Noida may need to travel to Gurgaon for client requirements.

Flexibility to work in shifts to support international client needs across time zones is necessary.
