EY's Forensics & Integrity Services team is seeking a Consultant to join their Investigations & Compliance division in Gurgaon. This role focuses on helping organizations maintain trust and protect their reputation by addressing regulatory challenges and managing ethical risks.

You will be instrumental in assisting clients with investigations, dispute resolution, and the enhancement of governance, controls, and data insights to safeguard their financial and brand reputations.

Key responsibilities include supporting the design and implementation of enterprise-wide privacy programs aligned with global privacy laws and best practices.

You will assist in developing privacy policies, SOPs, and operating models, conducting privacy maturity and gap assessments, and operationalizing privacy controls.

Responsibilities also involve data mapping, DPIAs, RoPAs, managing DSRs, consent, and breaches, embedding privacy-by-design principles, and supporting privacy reviews of third-party service providers.

Additionally, you will manage workstreams, timelines, stakeholder communications, and contribute to proposal development and knowledge-building initiatives.

We are looking for professionals with 3-5 years of proven privacy experience, possessing a strong understanding of global regulations and practical implementation skills.

This role requires comfort in client-facing engagements, preparing high-quality deliverables, and translating privacy requirements into actionable business processes.

Preferred qualifications include an LL.B. degree and recognized privacy certifications. Familiarity with privacy technology tools and a good understanding of information security concepts are advantageous.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, report writing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong attention to detail, is also key.
