The Forensics & Integrity Services professionals at EY assist organizations in safeguarding their reputation, investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. We help companies build robust compliance programs to mitigate ethical and reputational risks. Our approach integrates enhancements in governance, controls, culture, and data insights, leading to comprehensive organizational design and implementation to restore financial and brand reputations, thereby building confidence in capital markets globally.

The core responsibilities involve demonstrating strong banking industry experience, including concurrent audits and in-depth reviews of policies and procedures across both regulatory and non-regulatory frameworks. A solid understanding of end-to-end process workflows is essential.

Candidates are expected to be proficient in audit documentation standards and testing methodologies. This includes expertise in documenting the design effectiveness of controls, developing sampling strategies, creating testing plans, defining control testing attributes, and assessing the operational effectiveness of selected samples in accordance with global banking standards.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce, or Master of Business Administration qualification.

Required experience includes a minimum of two years in Data Analysis and three years in Financial Analysis. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate an ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.
