This role is within the National ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance team, dedicated to helping organizations safeguard their reputation and restore trust.

Our Forensic & Integrity Services professionals assist companies and their legal counsel in investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. We emphasize integrity in compliance programs to mitigate ethical and reputational risks. Our integrated approach enhances governance, controls, culture, and data insights, ultimately helping companies protect their financial and brand reputations.

Assist clients with due diligence, background checks, and reputational risk assessments by gathering crucial information on individuals and entities. Identify red flags to help clients manage integrity, reputation, and background risks. Conduct thorough desktop research using proprietary databases and secondary sources. Apply knowledge of various red flags relevant to third-party relationships.

Understand and apply principles related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines. Demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. Utilize excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence. Strong desktop research skills and familiarity with reputational risk assessment are essential.
