We are looking for a Forensics Data Analyst to support investigations and risk analytics.

This role is part of the National sector-agnostic teams, offering a well-rounded experience across industries. The Discovery team within Forensics focuses on protecting and restoring enterprise and financial reputations, assisting companies and legal counsel with integrity at the core of compliance programs.

Key responsibilities include extracting and analyzing large, complex datasets using advanced SQL across various database systems. You will perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure reliable datasets for investigations. Developing sophisticated SQL queries, including joins, CTEs, and window functions, is crucial. Conduct forensic analytics to identify fraud indicators, unusual transactions, and suspicious patterns. Integrate and reconcile data from diverse sources and develop dashboards and management reports using visualization tools like Power BI.

Documenting analytical logic, data lineage, assumptions, and findings is essential for maintaining an appropriate audit trail. The role requires strong SQL skills with complex querying and performance optimization, a solid understanding of relational databases, data models, ETL, and data quality concepts. Hands-on experience analyzing high-volume transactional datasets and a strong analytical mindset are necessary.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Computer Applications, or a Certification in Data Analytics. We are looking for candidates with at least 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis and 3+ years in Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work collaboratively, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and demonstrates agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity.
