As a Consultant in our National Forensics Discovery team in Mumbai, you will play a vital role in helping organizations protect and restore their reputation. You will assist clients in investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges, ensuring integrity at the heart of compliance programs.

Conduct comprehensive software asset management (SAM), ITAM, and license compliance assessments. Analyze licensing for Tier-1 publishers including IBM, Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, and Oracle, with a deep dive into IBM licensing specifics. Perform license reconciliation, entitlement analysis, and prepare ELPs. Evaluate compliance in virtualized and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Interpret complex license agreements and publisher-specific rules. Leverage Generative AI and Python for automation and data analysis. Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power Apps. Communicate findings and solutions effectively to clients.

Possess 1-2 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), ITAM, or software license compliance. Demonstrate working knowledge of Tier-1 publisher licensing, particularly IBM, Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, and Oracle. Exhibit strong understanding of IBM licensing models (ILMT, CVA, PVU/VPC). Familiarity with SAM tools like Flexera or ServiceNow SAM Pro is beneficial. Understanding of virtualization and cloud licensing concepts is required. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reconciliation is essential. Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and Python for automation is a plus. Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Computer Applications degree is necessary. Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills are vital for this role.
