Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is seeking a Consultant specializing in Oracle Financials modules. This role is based in Noida and focuses on driving functional excellence within enterprise technology. The position involves leveraging Oracle Fusion Financials to enhance business processes and support innovation.

The Enterprise Technology & Performance team is dedicated to optimizing business operations through cutting-edge technology solutions. They act as a crucial enabler for functional excellence and long-term organizational growth.

Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.

Analyze existing finance processes to identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities. Collaborate closely with technical and integration teams to ensure seamless solution design and resolve dependencies.

Support SIT/UAT planning and execution, validate test results, and coordinate business sign-offs. Ensure end-to-end traceability of functional requirements throughout the project. Mentor junior consultants and provide support during implementation and hypercare phases.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or support projects, with strong expertise in modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA. Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and support for complex finance business processes is essential.

Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and Oracle Fusion Financials business flows. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for this role. The ability to collaborate effectively with business, functional, and technical stakeholders is highly valued.

Exposure to testing lifecycle activities, including SIT/UAT execution, is preferred. This position is located in Noida, IN.
