You will be instrumental in preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP. Your responsibilities will include the meticulous preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

This role involves performing detailed reconciliations, including subledger, general ledger, and intercompany accounts, to maintain data integrity. You will also conduct balance sheet substantiation and support departmental needs through weekly and monthly reporting.

Furthermore, you will contribute to finance transformation programs, assisting with controls testing and supporting change management initiatives within finance. Your involvement in documenting business requirements and preparing test cases will be crucial for large-scale transformation projects.

A strong background in financial statement preparation and analysis is essential, including experience with IFRS or local GAAP. Proven expertise in daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations, along with balance sheet substantiation, is required.

We are seeking individuals with significant experience in finance transformation programs, such as ERP implementations or automation initiatives, and a solid understanding of controls testing. Familiarity with SDLC or Agile methodologies is also important.

Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively. While not mandatory, knowledge of SQL, Python, or R would be beneficial. An undergraduate degree is a prerequisite for this role.
