Join BCG Platinion as an SAP S/4HANA Consultant, a key role in guiding clients through intricate ERP transformations. Focus on delivering business value across the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning through to implementation and go-live. Collaborate with BCG colleagues on national and international customer projects, advising stakeholders up to the C-level.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes to identify client value. Develop and define ERP target architectures, incorporating technological innovations and future trends. Establish program organization and governance for successful project delivery and business benefit realization. Manage the procurement of system integration partners and software solutions. Prepare comprehensive project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and business proposals. Evaluate ongoing ERP projects and systems against business objectives, developing action plans for improvement. Drive the implementation of recovery and stabilization measures for ERP projects.

A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years' experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects. Demonstrate a proven track record in managing end-to-end ERP transformations using industry-standard approaches like SAP Activate. Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and associated enterprise technology, including integration architecture, cloud deployment, and extensibility. Familiarity with SAP industry solutions and analytical tools such as SAP BW/BI and SAP Analytics Cloud is essential. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking, strong client and results orientation, excellent communication, and presentation skills are necessary. A collaborative team spirit and the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams are vital. Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
