Take hands-on responsibility for implementing energy solutions such as CRM, billing, and digital data platforms. Support clients by managing transformation programs and guiding delivery teams. Enhance delivery quality through methodological approaches and develop best practices for energy supply industry teams.

Successfully completed a degree in Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in the energy sector, software development, and project management within energy sales, grids, or IT. Experience working with business analysts and developers across multiple sub-projects is essential.

Possess theoretical and practical experience with industry-standard energy supply software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). Demonstrate excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a drive for high-quality results, and the ability to work effectively in high-performing teams. Understand the IT landscapes of energy suppliers, including core systems and data developments.

Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to align teams and present concepts to stakeholders. Fluent in spoken and written German and English. Proficiency in Polish, Czech, or Hungarian is advantageous.
