Join our team as a Strategy Consultant, specializing in the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the OGC value chain and experience in advisory and consulting capacities.

We are seeking individuals with a strong background in regulatory advisory, strategy development, technology implementation, and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing teams and independently driving complex projects to completion.

As a key member of our team, you will lead advisory engagements across the entire OGC value chain, providing expert support for regulatory interpretation and policy development. You'll be responsible for end-to-end project and client management, conducting thorough market assessments, feasibility studies, and financial modeling. Furthermore, you will drive client workshops, deliver executive presentations, and champion digital transformation initiatives within the sector. Business development, proposal creation, and thought leadership are also integral aspects of this role, alongside managing and mentoring consulting teams.

Candidates should possess in-depth sector knowledge covering upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, along with a strong grasp of the Indian regulatory landscape. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis is essential, complemented by excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven experience in managing multiple engagements independently is required.

An MBA from a premier institution is a must, with a B.E./B.Tech degree being desirable. Prior experience in advisory or consulting roles within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals industry is critical, preferably with Big 4 or equivalent consulting firm experience. Familiarity with Indian regulatory frameworks and digital transformation initiatives is a significant advantage.
