This role is based at an MSME Development and Facilitation Office, focusing on enhancing service delivery through operational support, program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and insightful research.

Key responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks and service delivery for the field office. You will handle diverse inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via multiple channels, guiding them on government schemes, registrations, and eligibility criteria. The role involves supporting beneficiary onboarding, application processing, and meticulous tracking.

Further duties encompass assisting with enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and conducting industrial surveys to gather crucial field data. You will also coordinate with various government bodies, industry associations, and educational institutions. Supporting awareness programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives is integral to this role.

Accurate record-keeping is vital; responsibilities include preparing meeting minutes, MIS reports, progress updates, and field-visit documentation. You'll contribute to developing informative IEC materials, localized content, and success stories. The role also involves in-depth analysis for MSME landscape reports, sectoral assessments, and market research to identify business opportunities and challenges.

Monitoring regulatory, labor, environmental, taxation, and quality standards relevant to MSMEs is a key aspect. You will support the identification of export prospects, market linkages, financial needs, and certification requirements. Analyzing field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation bottlenecks will inform policy and program recommendations.

Participation in review meetings and undertaking additional assigned tasks by MSME field offices, the Development Commissioner's office, or the Ministry of MSME are also expected.
