Join our team as a Consultant, contributing to MSME Development and Facilitation in Kolkata. This role involves supporting operational efficiency, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.

You will be instrumental in providing crucial support for strengthening MSME facilitation and service delivery within a dedicated MSME Development and Facilitation Office.

Key responsibilities include managing routine administrative tasks and service delivery, addressing MSME inquiries via various channels, and guiding businesses on government schemes and procedures.

Tasks also involve supporting beneficiary onboarding, application processing, document verification, and application tracking. You'll participate in enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and industrial surveys to gather essential field-level data.

Further duties encompass coordinating with diverse government bodies and industry associations, supporting awareness programs and capacity-building initiatives, and meticulously preparing various reports and records. This includes contributing to IEC material, success stories, and localized content.

The role also requires contributing to landscape reports, sectoral assessments, market research, and identifying local business opportunities and constraints. You will monitor regulatory requirements and support the identification of export opportunities and financial needs.

Analysis of field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation bottlenecks is essential. The position involves supporting policy and program recommendations and participating in regular review meetings. Undertaking other assigned activities by the MSME field office, Development Commissioner (MSME), or Ministry of MSME is also expected.
