Join our team as a Consultant and contribute to strengthening MSME facilitation and service delivery. This role involves providing operational support, program implementation guidance, and analytical insights from an MSME Development and Facilitation Office. You'll play a key part in supporting entrepreneurs and businesses.

This position is based in Agartala, Tripura, with operational links to Kolkata. You will work closely with government departments and industry bodies to enhance the MSME ecosystem.

Key duties include managing day-to-day administrative tasks and service delivery for the field office. You will be the primary point of contact for MSMEs, addressing queries via various channels and guiding them on government schemes and necessary documentation. This involves supporting beneficiary onboarding, processing applications, and verifying documents, ensuring a smooth process for applicants.

Further responsibilities encompass assisting with enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and conducting industrial surveys to gather vital field-level data. Coordination with diverse stakeholders, including state government bodies, financial institutions, and educational entities, is crucial. You'll also support the organization of awareness programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives to foster MSME growth.

The role requires preparing and maintaining essential operational records, such as meeting minutes, MIS, and progress reports. You will contribute to creating informational materials like localized content, success stories, and simplified scheme guides to aid MSMEs.

We are looking for individuals to contribute to market research, sectoral assessments, and identifying local business opportunities and challenges. Monitoring regulatory, labor, environmental, and taxation requirements pertinent to MSMEs is also part of the scope. The position involves analyzing field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation bottlenecks to inform policy and program recommendations. Participation in review meetings and undertaking other assigned tasks are expected.
