You will be instrumental in facilitating service delivery and fostering growth within the MSME ecosystem, with a deployment at an MSME Development and Facilitation Office in Gangtok, Sikkim.

Provide comprehensive operational and program implementation support to an MSME Development and Facilitation Office. Engage with MSMEs and stakeholders by addressing queries, guiding them on government schemes, and assisting with application processes. Conduct field visits, surveys, and data collection to understand local business landscapes. Coordinate with various government bodies, financial institutions, and industry associations to enhance MSME support networks. Facilitate awareness programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives. Maintain essential operational records, including MIS reports and progress updates, and develop informative materials such as success stories and scheme guides.

This role requires a strong capability in stakeholder coordination, research, and analytical support to effectively strengthen MSME facilitation and service delivery. Key responsibilities include guiding MSMEs on government schemes, managing application processes, and collecting crucial field-level information through enterprise visits and surveys. Experience in coordinating with diverse entities like government departments, banks, and industry associations is vital.
