Join our team as a Consultant, contributing to MSME development and facilitation. This role involves providing crucial operational, implementation, and analytical support to strengthen MSME service delivery. You will be instrumental in coordinating with various stakeholders and enhancing the MSME ecosystem.

Support daily administrative tasks and service delivery at the field office. Manage inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various channels. Guide MSMEs on government schemes, registrations, and documentation. Assist in onboarding beneficiaries, processing applications, and verifying documents. Conduct enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and industrial surveys. Coordinate with government departments, financial institutions, and industry associations. Organize and support awareness programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives. Prepare meeting minutes, MIS reports, and field visit documentation. Contribute to creating IEC materials, success stories, and simplified guides. Develop MSME landscape reports and identify local business opportunities and challenges. Monitor regulatory requirements for MSMEs, including labor, environmental, and taxation. Support the identification of export opportunities and market linkages. Analyze field data and stakeholder feedback to identify implementation bottlenecks. Assist in formulating policy and program recommendations based on evidence. Participate in review meetings and undertake other assigned activities.

This role is open to any graduate and is suitable for freshers. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and analyze field data is key to success in this position.
