Join our Automotive Motors GCC in Hyderabad as an experienced ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE Customization Expert. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise PLM solutions on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will collaborate with global engineering, product development, and digital transformation teams to deploy scalable PLM solutions across the entire vehicle and motor development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing custom ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE solutions, configuring business processes, data models, workflows, and user interfaces. You will develop server-side and client-side customizations using Java, JPO, TCL/MQL, REST APIs, and Web Services. This role also encompasses customizing and supporting various ENOVIA applications like Engineering Central and Program Central, integrating ENOVIA with enterprise systems (SAP, MES, CAD), and developing automation scripts and migration tools.

Additionally, you will participate in solution architecture discussions, analyze business requirements, perform performance tuning and troubleshooting, support deployment activities, and ensure compliance with PLM governance and security standards. Mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership are also integral parts of this position.

We are looking for candidates with 7-8 years of extensive experience in ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE customization and development. A strong command of ENOVIA V6/3DEXPERIENCE architecture, JPO development, MQL/TCL scripting, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, and Web Services is essential. Familiarity with XML, JSON, JavaScript, ENOVIA data model customization, and workflow customization is also required.

Solid understanding of PLM concepts such as Product Structure Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management is crucial. Experience with ENOVIA integrations (SAP or other enterprise systems), CATIA, and CAD data management is beneficial. Proficiency with Oracle/SQL databases and knowledge of deployment/environment management are expected. A strong grasp of Automotive Product Development processes, including Vehicle Engineering and Motor Development, is preferred.
