This consulting role focuses on the upgrade and integration of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platforms within OEM environments. The position is crucial for modernizing the digital thread, connecting Product Development, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Operations.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end platform upgrades and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems like SAP ERP/S4HANA and MES. This involves comprehensive program planning, solution architecture, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Lead comprehensive upgrades of the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform, managing the entire process from impact assessment to final deployment.

Design and govern integration architecture across 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP (ECC/S4HANA), and MES platforms. Establish a robust Product Lifecycle Digital Thread.

Ensure seamless synchronization of critical data between PLM and SAP, including Material Master, BOM, and Change Management. Support SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Define integration frameworks for MES, enabling the flow of manufacturing data and supporting shop-floor digitalization. Ensure traceability from design to production.

Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee budgets and timelines. Drive steering committee reviews and executive reporting.

Lead testing phases (SIT, UAT, performance) and define cutover, rollback, and business continuity plans for successful production deployment and stabilization.

Establish data governance and integration standards, ensuring cybersecurity, compliance, and audit requirements are met. Maintain essential project documentation.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Possess 3-5 years of experience in PLM implementations and upgrades, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale PLM upgrade programs and integrating PLM solutions with SAP and MES systems is essential.

Proficiency in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, and Data Migration Frameworks is crucial. Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and relevant modules (MM, PP, DMS) is also required.

Familiarity with MES systems, REST APIs, Web Services, and middleware platforms is necessary. Strong SQL and data analysis skills are beneficial.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, coupled with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, is expected. Experience managing global cross-functional teams is a plus.
