Join our dynamic team as a Consultant specializing in OEM Platforms within Supply Chain & Network Operations. This role is crucial for driving enterprise technology initiatives, focusing on functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth. You will provide expert guidance on migration approaches and lead end-to-end PLM implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and digital transformation.

Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing current business processes and applications, identifying technical risks, and developing robust mitigation strategies. Lead end-to-end PLM implementation, upgrade, migration, and deployment initiatives. Provide guidance on migration approaches, including WBM, LoadFromFile, and APIs. Conduct comprehensive assessments of business processes, applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure. Identify and manage technical risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies. Lead CAD-PLM integration, governance, and roadmap strategies for alignment with engineering tools and enterprise standards. Support enterprise CAD integrations with Windchill PLM, ensuring reliable data exchange. Manage CAD workspace practices, revision strategies, and engineering release processes. Define best practices for visualization standards and engineering collaboration workflows.

Possess 6–10 years of experience in enterprise CAD and PLM environments. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Creo Parametric and at least one other MCAD tool. Exhibit proven experience working with Windchill PLM integrations. Ability to contribute effectively to tools and integration strategies is essential. Experience with ENOVIA to PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter to PTC Windchill migrations is highly preferred. Familiarity with CAD/PLM integrations across multiple CAD platforms (NX, PTC Creo, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD) is advantageous.
