Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Consultant specializing in DMS - OEM Platforms. This role is key to driving functional excellence and enabling innovation in product lifecycle management.

As a Teamcenter Senior Consultant, you will lead critical activities including implementation, customization, migration, upgrades, and integrations. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project managers to deliver robust PLM solutions tailored to engineering, manufacturing, and product development processes.

This position offers a significant opportunity to shape and implement advanced PLM strategies within a leading organization.

Your responsibilities will span the full PLM lifecycle. This includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing Teamcenter-based solutions, and configuring modules like Item, BOM, Document, and Change Management.

You will also be responsible for defining data models, workflows, and security rules, as well as managing data migration strategies and coordinating integrations with systems such as SAP, MES, and various CAD applications.

Furthermore, you will prepare test cases, support SIT and UAT, conduct user training, and provide production support, ensuring seamless system operation and user adoption.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of overall PLM experience, including a minimum of 3 years specifically in Teamcenter implementation. Prior experience with at least 2-3 Teamcenter implementations, migration projects, upgrade projects, and support engagements is essential.

Demonstrated experience in client-facing consulting roles is also a requirement.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of core Teamcenter modules and technical areas, including BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Active Workspace, and SOA Concepts. Familiarity with CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks) and migration tools is highly desirable.
