This role is crucial for enabling functional excellence and pioneering new initiatives within organizations.

Lead comprehensive digital transformation assessments and evaluate maturity levels.

Develop detailed business capability maps, define operating models, and craft strategic transformation roadmaps.

Identify key areas for process enhancement, automation adoption, and AI integration.

Facilitate productive stakeholder workshops and effectively translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.

Create robust business cases, establish performance KPIs, and design value realization frameworks.

Provide essential support for enterprise architecture initiatives, application rationalization, and cloud transformation strategies.

Collaborate closely with business units, technology teams, and external vendors to achieve successful transformation outcomes.

Prepare high-level executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and detailed governance reports.

A minimum of 6 to 12 years of experience in consulting or digital transformation is essential.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of business process improvement methodologies, IT strategy formulation, and enterprise architecture principles.

Previous experience with Agile delivery frameworks and modern digital operating models is required.

Familiarity with Cloud technologies, AI/GenAI, Automation (RPA), Data & Analytics, and other cutting-edge technologies is a strong advantage.

Possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, proven workshop facilitation skills, and strong presentation abilities.
