Facilitate productive stakeholder workshops, effectively translating complex business requirements into actionable technology solutions. Create compelling business cases, define critical KPIs, and establish robust value realization frameworks. Support critical initiatives in enterprise architecture, application rationalization, and cloud transformation.

A minimum of 6-12 years of experience in consulting or digital transformation is essential. Possess a strong understanding of business process improvement, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture principles. Demonstrable experience with Agile delivery methodologies and modern digital operating models is required.

Familiarity with Cloud technologies, AI/GenAI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data & Analytics, and emerging technological trends is highly valued. Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills are critical for success. A proven track record of strong analytical and problem-solving abilities is expected.
