A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, alongside a Master's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are necessary. Experience in qualitative research, stakeholder management, and project implementation is expected.
