You will play a key role in modernizing public services by analyzing current processes, designing efficient "To-Be" states, and recommending impactful digital solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant national projects and shape the future of digital governance.

Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth "As-Is" process studies and stakeholder consultations.

You will be responsible for creating comprehensive BPR reports, process documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Designing effective "To-Be" processes, assessing technological adequacy, and identifying opportunities for automation and digitization are core functions.

Supporting requirement gathering, business analysis, and preparing functional specifications will be crucial.

Facilitating workshops and developing implementation roadmaps will also be part of your role.

We seek candidates with 3 to 10 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Business Analysis, or related process improvement projects.

Familiarity with process modeling tools like Visio or BPMN is essential.

Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are a must.

Experience with Government or e-Governance projects, digital transformation, or consulting assignments is highly desirable.

A graduate degree (Any Discipline), B.E./B.Tech, or MBA from a recognized institution is required.
