Join our Digital Government team as a Consultant in Gurugram. This role focuses on Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions within the DigiGov initiative. You will play a key part in enhancing government digital services through expert consultation.

Key responsibilities include meticulously gathering and documenting project requirements. You will oversee the implementation of at least two ERP projects, spanning modules like Finance, HRMS, and Inventory. Additionally, you'll manage software implementation, database integration, API connections, application security, and cloud infrastructure.

Your role will involve drafting Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). You'll also analyze client business processes, assist in defining future state workflows, and coordinate effectively with various module owners to understand and address their needs. Understanding business logic and functionalities is crucial for success in this position.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in requirement gathering and documentation is essential. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of ERP systems, including sound knowledge of ERP implementation processes and awareness of various ERP modules and their functionalities.

Experience with software implementation, database systems, integration technologies like APIs, application security, and cloud/data center infrastructure is required. The ability to draft FRS/SRS and analyze client business processes to prepare future state workflows is vital. Effective coordination with module owners and a solid grasp of business logic are also expected.
