You'll collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather insights, develop business understanding, and support solution presentations, contributing to digital transformation initiatives and client success.

Key responsibilities include deeply understanding customer business requirements and bottlenecks. You will support solution pitching by aligning needs with company products and analytical approaches. Analyze business data using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to generate actionable insights. Design and build solutions, develop reports and dashboards, and present findings to diverse audiences. Collaborate cross-functionally, track project progress with Azure DevOps, and maintain essential documentation. Continuously explore emerging AI and analytics tools to enhance solutioning.

Essential technical skills include strong SQL proficiency for data querying and analysis, experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and robust data manipulation capabilities. Working knowledge of Python for analytics or automation is beneficial, as is familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies. Advanced AI tool utilization for data-driven problem-solving is also required. Strong business acumen, excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are crucial for client-facing discussions and translating needs into effective solutions.
