Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics solutions. Implement data transformation, cleansing, mapping, and automation using Power Query or Power BI Dataflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and analysts to understand requirements and deliver insightful dashboards. Integrate Power BI with Azure data sources like Azure SQL Database, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake. Design and create semantic data models, establish relationships, and optimize for performance. Document best practices, governance standards, and deployment guidelines for Power BI assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end analytics solutions aligned with business goals.

Ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics through complex SQL queries and performance optimization. Work with Power BI Service features, including workspace management, dataset refreshes, gateways, and row-level security. Apply strong understanding of data warehouse and data lake concepts to design reporting and analytics solutions. Leverage Agile and DevOps methodologies for managing the Power BI project lifecycle. Manage ETL design principles and work with both structured and unstructured data.

A minimum of 6 years of experience with Power BI stack technologies, including data engineering aspects. Demonstrated development experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Dataflows, Power Query (M language), DAX, and SQL Database is essential.

Familiarity with Azure Data Engineering concepts, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Databricks, is highly beneficial. Knowledge of Azure Analysis Services, Tabular Models, Power Apps, Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 would be advantageous.

Possess strong data management and Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for effectively sharing insights with business and leadership teams. Experience in documenting best practices, governance standards, and deployment guidelines is also important.
