Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics solutions tailored to diverse business needs. Implement data transformation, cleansing, mapping, and automation processes using Power Query or Power BI Dataflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and deliver insightful dashboards.

Create semantic data models, establish relationships, and implement best practices for optimal performance. Integrate Power BI with various Azure data sources, including Azure SQL Database, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake. Document best practices, governance standards, and deployment guidelines for Power BI assets.

Ensure data integrity and optimize SQL database performance for reporting and analytics. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. Apply knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies to manage the Power BI project lifecycle effectively.

A strong foundation in Microsoft Power BI stack technologies, including extensive experience with Power BI Desktop and Service. Proficiency in SQL database management, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. Expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M language), and creating effective reports and dashboards is essential.

Demonstrated experience with Power BI Service features such as workspace management, dataset refreshes, gateways, and row-level security (RLS). Solid understanding of data warehouse and data lake concepts for designing efficient reporting solutions. Experience in creating semantic data models and implementing best practices for performance.

Familiarity with integrating Power BI with Azure data sources is required. Strong data management and Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, are necessary. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for sharing insights with stakeholders and leadership teams. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Power BI and data engineering is expected.
