Join our Cyber Team as a Consultant specializing in Data Classification and Labeling. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.

This role involves managing and operating a suite of data protection tools, including DLP, Data Discovery & Classification, DAM, and DRM solutions. You will play a key part in safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance.

The position requires a proactive approach to monitoring security alerts, investigating potential data breaches, and analyzing security incidents. Configuring and fine-tuning policies will be essential for enhancing detection accuracy and minimizing false positives.

Your responsibilities will include supporting critical data discovery and classification initiatives to identify and protect sensitive data like PII and financial information. You will also monitor database activities to detect suspicious access and generate essential audit logs.

Ensuring adherence to data protection policies, implementing robust controls, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating comprehensive reports on incidents, trends, and tool performance for various stakeholders.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection tools, including hands-on expertise with DLP solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint), Data Discovery & Classification tools, and Database Activity Monitoring (e.g., Guardium, Imperva).

A solid understanding of the data protection lifecycle and relevant security controls is crucial. Knowledge of sensitive data types and regulatory frameworks such as DPDPA and ISO 27001 is also required. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is a prerequisite.
