As a Consultant in our Cyber Team, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and operating data protection tools such as DLP, Data Discovery & Classification, DAM, and DRM solutions. - Monitoring security alerts to investigate potential data leakage, unauthorized access, and policy violations. - Performing incident triage, analysis, resolution, and escalation according to defined procedures. - Configuring and fine-tuning policies to enhance detection accuracy and minimize false positives. - Supporting data discovery and classification initiatives to identify and protect sensitive data, including PII and confidential information. - Monitoring database activities and generating audit logs for suspicious access patterns. - Maintaining and enforcing data protection policies, controls, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Generating comprehensive reports on incidents, trends, and tool performance for stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. - A minimum of 2 years of experience working with data protection tools. - Hands-on experience with DLP tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint), Data Discovery & Classification tools, Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) (e.g., Guardium, Imperva), and DRM/Information Protection solutions. - A solid understanding of the data protection lifecycle and essential security controls. - Knowledge of various sensitive data types and relevant regulatory requirements, such as DPDPA and ISO 27001. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
