We are seeking individuals who can embed with customer stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and actionable solution hypotheses. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing agentic and GenAI solutions on Microsoft platforms, accelerating adoption and delivering measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will design and implement agentic and GenAI solutions on Microsoft platforms, including integrations, APIs, and automations. You will prototype rapidly, validate with users, and evolve solutions to production-ready implementations with robust testing and security. Owning the end-to-end delivery from architecture through implementation, you will define build/test specifications and create operational guides. A key aspect involves identifying and mitigating business/technical risks specific to AI systems, such as data access, prompt injection, and hallucinations. You will also support deployment and live stabilization, troubleshooting integrations and iterating quickly to ensure successful go-lives.

Responsibilities include building agentic workflows that invoke tools/APIs safely with guardrails, validation, and auditability. You will implement evaluation strategies to measure output quality, groundedness, and safety. Capturing repeatable assets and sharing feedback loops is crucial. Specific areas of focus include Microsoft 365 Migration & Security, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Copilot Extensibility, and Azure Fabric & Azure AI Foundry. We require a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience delivering production software solutions. Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure, including integration, security, and deployment in customer environments.

Preferred qualifications include proven experience delivering hands-on, production-grade solutions across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirement ambiguity to post-go-live stabilization. Experience building or extending solutions involving Copilots, AI-assisted workflows, or intelligent automation is a strong plus. Certifications and/or experience in Azure Solutions, Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, and Power Platform are highly desirable, as is exposure to Azure AI services and GenAI solution patterns.

Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and operational readiness (observability, incident response) are strongly preferred, especially for AI systems. Excellent communication skills to explain AI behaviors, risks, and tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders are essential. A trusted customer-facing engineering presence, the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks, and comfort working across time zones and blended models are key to success in this IC role.
