Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS (MPOS/CPOS). You will be responsible for integrating POS systems with ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.

Development tasks involve creating extensions using ASP.NET, C#, TypeScript, SQL, and the Commerce SDK, as well as migrating Retail SDK to Commerce SDK.

Additionally, you will provide L2/L3 technical support, manage upgrades and patches, optimize databases, conduct user training, and develop essential technical documentation.

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in Retail POS and ASP.NET/.NET development, with a strong domain understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Retail SDK, and POS systems.

Essential technical skills include proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, and SQL Server. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, MPOS/CPOS, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and payment connector customization is required.

Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory, billing, promotions, and CRM, along with strong client communication, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration, are vital for success in this role.
