Join a leading Enterprise Technology & Performance practice as a Consultant, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation projects. This role is pivotal in delivering robust PMO, governance, reporting, and project control services across diverse workstreams. You will collaborate closely with program managers, technical leads, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and application support throughout the entire lifecycle.

Oversee and execute program governance processes, including setting standards and reporting mechanisms. Coordinate key governance forums, ensuring effective preparation for steering committee meetings. Maintain critical governance artifacts such as RAID logs, decision logs, and project documentation repositories. Support stage-gate reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance.

Assist in maintaining integrated project schedules and tracking progress against plans, highlighting any variances. Monitor crucial milestones and deliverables across business and technology streams, managing dependencies and critical path activities. Follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables with workstream leads, while supporting the monitoring of project health indicators and governance KPIs.

We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of experience in PMO, project controls, project coordination, governance, or transformation support. Prior experience supporting at least one end-to-end ERP implementation program is essential. Experience with ERP implementation, application support, AMS, managed services, or operate engagements is required.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise applications is preferred. Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments is also valuable. Strong foundational skills in project governance, reporting, RAID management, stakeholder coordination, and communication are critical for success in this role.
