We are seeking a driven individual to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in driving functional excellence and innovation.

This position requires a proactive approach to project management and a deep understanding of ERP systems. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions for clients. Develop and meticulously execute detailed project plans, encompassing timelines, key milestones, and resource allocation.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overarching business objectives. Resolve project-related challenges within the established accounting framework.

Configure and set up critical workflows such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) within the system. Oversee essential processes including data migration, system configuration, comprehensive testing, and user training.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience, including at least 2-3 full end-to-end Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, is essential. While an MBA is preferred, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce (CA) is the minimum academic requirement.

Proficiency in Agile Methodology, Sprint Planning, and experience working with Azure DevOps are crucial. You must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, exhibiting thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.

Demonstrated ability in client stakeholder management and leadership is expected. The ability to ensure necessary compliance by aligning with client expectations and the compliance team is also vital.
