We are seeking experienced D365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultants to contribute to implementation, enhancement, and support projects. This role involves understanding business needs, configuring D365 F&O, creating functional documentation, supporting testing phases, and collaborating effectively with both business and technical teams.

Senior Consultants will take the lead on functional workstreams, facilitate workshops, dissect intricate requirements, and provide guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities include gathering functional requirements and conducting business analysis through workshops and process discussions. You'll analyze existing processes, identify gaps with D365 F&O functionality, and prepare process flows, requirement documents, and functional solution proposals, offering recommendations based on best practices.

Hands-on configuration experience is required across various D365 F&O SCM modules such as Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Production Control, and Master Planning/MRP.

You will also be responsible for preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and functional specifications for customizations and integrations, defining business rules, and creating configuration and process documentation. Testing duties include preparing test cases, executing unit and functional testing, supporting SIT and UAT, analyzing defects, and performing regression testing.

Support for data migration using D365 F&O Data Management Framework (DMF) and integrations with external applications is also a key part of this role, requiring validation of migrated data and coordination with technical teams. Involvement in D365 F&O implementation projects, including cutover and go-live activities, along with analyzing production issues and providing functional solutions, is expected.

A strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and have hands-on experience with D365 F&O configuration.

Expertise in Procurement & Sourcing and Inventory Management is crucial. Knowledge of Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Master Planning/MRP is highly desirable. Familiarity with D365 F&O workflows, DMF, and data entities is required, along with the ability to prepare FDDs and functional documentation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with integrations and functional data mapping is also a key requirement.

For Senior Consultant roles, the ability to independently manage an SCM functional workstream, lead workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, design end-to-end solutions, review documentation, coordinate with development teams, analyze complex issues, and mentor junior consultants is expected. Support for project planning, estimation, risk communication, and conducting solution walkthroughs are also important aspects.
