This role focuses on supporting the implementation, configuration, and rigorous testing of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to effectively capture their requirements and translate these into seamless system configurations.

Engage actively in requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand their needs.

Conduct thorough Fit-Gap analyses for various Supply Chain modules.

Configure key modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Sales and Marketing, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management.

Develop comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and liaise with technical teams for any necessary customizations.

Execute Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure system integrity.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide essential user training.

A minimum of 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential.

Possession of the "Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate" certification is highly desirable.

A solid understanding of Fit-Gap analysis methodologies and business process mapping is required.

Familiarity with LCS, Power Platform Admin Centre, and Azure DevOps is beneficial for this role.
