Engage in comprehensive requirement gathering and business analysis, understanding intricate business processes and translating them into functional requirements. Configure D365 F&O to meet business needs, develop functional documentation, and support testing phases. Collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include: requirement gathering and business analysis, D365 F&O SCM functional configuration across various modules like Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Production Control, and Master Planning/MRP. You will also be responsible for functional design and documentation, including preparing FDDs and functional specifications.

Further duties involve rigorous testing, including unit testing, functional testing, and supporting SIT and UAT. You will also assist with data migration activities using D365 F&O's Data Management Framework and support integrations with external applications. Post-implementation, you will provide crucial support for production issues, user assistance, and identify process improvement opportunities.

We seek experienced D365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultants with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. A strong grasp of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and hands-on D365 F&O configuration skills are essential.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Procurement & Sourcing and Inventory Management modules. While knowledge of Warehouse Management and/or Production Control is preferred, a good understanding of Master Planning/MRP is also beneficial. Familiarity with D365 F&O workflows, the Data Management Framework (DMF), and data entities is required.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to prepare FDDs and comprehensive functional documentation is also a key requirement, along with a good understanding of integrations and functional data mapping. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field is necessary. Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification is preferred.
