Join our dynamic team as a Consultant specializing in D365 F&O Functional Finance. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise technology excellence, enabling innovation, and fostering long-term growth. You will be instrumental in transforming client financial operations through expert implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Engage directly with clients to implement and optimize D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes. This includes expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.

Collaborate closely with functional and technical team members to ensure seamless and timely project delivery. Actively participate in all project phases, from requirements gathering and analysis to design, implementation, and testing of the D365 Finance module suite.

Manage requirements and scope effectively, identifying and mitigating risks. You will be responsible for finding solutions to challenges and planning their execution. Strong client interaction skills are essential for managing stakeholder expectations. Flexibility with work hours and comfort with global delivery models, including potential travel, are key.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation support projects as a Finance Consultant is required. A Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, MCA, Software Engineering, or a related field is essential. Advanced degrees are considered a plus.

Demonstrated experience in project rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and data management is necessary. Familiarity with SLA-based support and incident management tools is expected. The ability to manage risks and issues proactively, coupled with strong client interaction and presentation skills, will be crucial for success. Experience in a multi-vendor environment is also beneficial.
