Join our dynamic team as a Functional Finance Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology solutions. You will work closely with clients to implement and optimize D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, contributing to long-term growth and success.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead and manage support projects, ensuring seamless integration and successful outcomes for our clients. This position offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to adapt to client needs and global delivery standards.

Engage directly with clients to implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit & Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure timely and successful project implementations.

Lead the requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite.

Leverage experience in rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and FastTrack go-live assessments. Provide SLA-based support and utilize incident management tools.

Proactively manage scope, risks, and issues, developing effective solutions and plans. Maintain strong client interactions, manage stakeholder expectations, and utilize excellent communication and presentation skills.

A Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, MCA, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are considered a plus.

Possess at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation support projects as a Finance Consultant.

Demonstrate expertise in D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes. Experience with rollouts, data migration, and SLA-based support is essential.

Strong capabilities in risk and issue management, client interaction, and stakeholder expectation management are necessary. Flexibility with work hours and a willingness to travel occasionally are expected.
