Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects from a functional finance perspective. Engage directly with clients to implement core D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit & Collections, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams to guarantee successful and timely project delivery. Drive key project phases such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing for the D365 Finance module suite. Contribute to rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, and FastTrack go-live assessments, alongside providing SLA-based support and utilizing incident management tools.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects as a Functional Finance Consultant is essential. Proficiency in implementing D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes is a primary requirement.

Key skills include the ability to manage requirements, scope, and risks effectively. You should be adept at identifying, resolving, and planning for risks and issues. Strong client interaction skills, with the ability to set and manage stakeholder expectations, are crucial. Excellent presentation and communication skills, coupled with experience in multi-vendor environments, are highly valued.

Flexibility with work hours and comfort working within an Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model, including potential travel, are expected. Secondary skillsets in Data Migration and Data Management are advantageous.
