We are seeking experts to help clients address complex challenges and achieve their unique business objectives through cutting-edge, repeatable, and customized solutions.

Embed within customer teams to deeply understand business workflows, constraints, and success metrics. Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and actionable solution hypotheses. Design and implement agentic and GenAI solutions on Microsoft platforms like Dynamics 365, M365 Copilots, Power Platform, and Azure, including integrations and automations.

Prototype solutions rapidly, validate with users, and evolve them into production-ready implementations with robust testing, monitoring, and secure deployment. Own the end-to-end delivery from architecture to implementation, defining build/test specifications, creating evaluation gates, and producing operational guides. Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks such as data access, prompt injection, hallucinations, privacy, and latency.

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with at least 8 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure). Proven experience in integration, security, and deployment within customer environments is essential.

Demonstrated ability to deliver hands-on, production-grade solutions across the full lifecycle, including requirement ambiguity, development, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Experience building AI-infused workflows, extending Copilots, or developing intelligent automation is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to explain AI behaviors and risks to diverse stakeholders are crucial.
