Join our dynamic team as a Consultant specializing in Capital Projects. This role is integral to our Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions division, focusing on ERI Solutions. You will be instrumental in developing and managing project plans, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and vendors. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of critical projects.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, blending collaborative office presence with the flexibility of remote work. The base location is Bhubaneswar, with project assignments potentially in Angul. We are seeking an individual with a strong foundation in project management tools and methodologies.

Key responsibilities include preparing and meticulously updating project plans for various systems and packages, alongside the overall project timeline. You will be tasked with coordinating effectively with clients and their vendors to establish and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly work plans. This role also involves the preparation and updating of Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards. Furthermore, you will be responsible for crafting compelling presentations for client leadership reviews and important meetings.

Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of relevant project management experience. Mandatory skills include expert proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with MS Project or Primavera. While not mandatory, prior working knowledge in the Power Plant sector is considered a significant advantage. A B.Tech degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering is required for this role.
