As a Consultant Business Systems, you will ensure adherence to employment contracts, company policies, and directives, including adapting to changing business environments and work arrangements. This role involves supporting hospital Revenue Cycle applications, with a focus on Patient Accounting systems like Invision, Oracle Health, or Cerner.
You will be responsible for supporting 835 remittance files and 837 claims transactions, as well as providing expertise on revenue cycle vendor applications such as Change Healthcare, FinThrive, Quadax, Experian, clearinghouses, and payment posting solutions. Key duties include application troubleshooting, configuration, production support, and incident resolution.
This position requires experience with system testing, upgrades, implementations, and workflow optimization. A strong understanding of patient billing, claims processing, payment posting, denials, collections, and reimbursement workflows is essential. You will also leverage knowledge of interfaces, file processing, and data validation, and utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow for efficient issue management.
We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting hospital Revenue Cycle applications, particularly with Patient Accounting systems (Invision, Oracle Health/Cerner preferred). Expertise in supporting 835 remittance files and 837 claims transactions is crucial.
Candidates should possess experience with revenue cycle vendor applications and demonstrate proficiency in application troubleshooting, configuration, production support, and incident resolution. Familiarity with system testing, upgrades, implementations, and workflow optimization is required. A solid understanding of patient billing, claims processing, payment posting, denials, collections, and reimbursement workflows is necessary.
