Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Invision Patient Accounting master files, analyzing and resolving complex application issues, and supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and testing.

You will partner with Revenue Cycle operational teams to enhance workflows, perform root cause analysis, and design effective solutions. The role also involves documenting configuration, testing, and support activities, and serving as a subject matter expert for Invision Patient Accounting.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of direct experience with Invision Patient Accounting, including hands-on configuration and maintenance.

Candidates should possess practical experience supporting hospital billing and patient accounting operations, along with a strong understanding of Patient Financial Services (PFS) and Revenue Cycle workflows. Experience with system implementations, conversions, upgrades, or optimization projects is also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting multi-hospital health systems, Cerner/Oracle Patient Accounting, Revenue Cycle conversion or migration, ServiceNow, and SQL/reporting skills.
