We are seeking experienced professionals to contribute to finance transformation initiatives, leveraging deep expertise in business finance and strategy. This is an opportunity to shape the future of finance functions within leading organizations.

Spearhead finance transformation projects, focusing on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Establish and manage comprehensive business finance functions, offering strategic insights and driving operational efficiency.

Develop and implement optimized management reporting, dashboarding, and self-service reporting solutions.

Design and refine costing frameworks and cost allocation processes to enhance financial accuracy.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in business finance, gained through consulting or industry roles, is preferred.

Prior experience within a Big 4 or comparable management consulting firm is highly valued. Experience in establishing and managing industry-specific business finance functions is also a significant asset.

Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, articulate compelling arguments for change, and lead transformation efforts.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. A willingness to travel for project needs is also required.
