Conduct thorough internal audits using risk-based methodologies. Assess and document business processes, controls, and their effectiveness across various functions. To excel in this role, you will need a CA (1 year experience), B.Com (2+ years experience), or CPA (1 year experience) qualification. A strong understanding of internal audit methodologies and risk-based audit approaches is essential. You should be adept at assessing and documenting business processes, identifying control weaknesses, and recommending practical solutions. Proficiency in structured analysis and clear audit documentation is also required, alongside working knowledge of process and controls advisory engagements.
