As a Consultant within the TMT sector's Business Consulting Risk team, you will navigate the dynamic landscape of technology, media, and telecommunications. Execute client engagements in governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, and developing standard operating procedures. Provide support in enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, and internal financial controls. Analyze data using tools like ACL and ensure compliance with engagement plans and quality procedures.

Assess internal controls and SOX frameworks to mitigate risks, applying technical knowledge to client situations. Develop internal audit plans and provide outsourcing services. Prepare recommendations by identifying areas for improvement in client business processes. Manage engagement budgets and contribute to marketing collateral and proposal development.

Possess a Chartered Accountant qualification or a Master's degree in Science, Arts, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Bring a minimum of 6 years of relevant Internal Audit experience.

Demonstrate significant experience in assessing internal controls frameworks, developing risk remediation strategies, performing gap analysis, and experience with Enterprise Resource Management and related risk analysis. Availability to travel at least 50% of the time and work extended hours when necessary is required. A valid passport is mandatory.
