As a Consultant in our Business Consulting Risk team, you will be instrumental in transforming businesses through innovative solutions. You will collaborate with clients to identify and manage the interplay between risks and opportunities, enabling them to make informed, long-term decisions that align with their strategic objectives. Our focus areas include Enterprise Risk Management, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, where you will help clients build resilience, enhance controls, and protect their business performance. You will be responsible for conducting internal audit engagements, assessing control environments, and developing actionable recommendations for improvement.

To excel in this role, you should possess a professional qualification such as CA or MBA. We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal Audit, with a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks. Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and reporting on audit engagements is essential. You should be adept at evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of key controls, including IT general and application controls. A practical, problem-solving approach combined with strong collaboration and communication skills is vital.
