As a Consultant specializing in Process & Controls within our Risk practice, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Leveraging strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control. - Applying hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. - Utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools for effective analysis and communication. - Preparing detailed cash flows, cost forecasts, and conducting earned value analysis. - Demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Interpreting technical documents such as drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and construction contracts. - Contributing to projects within residential, commercial, mixed-use, or high-end real estate developments, with a preference for premium or luxury residential projects.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of experience in project planning and cost control. Prior experience within a PMO, PMC, developer, or construction management environment is essential.
