Leverage your expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and project controls. Apply hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools. Prepare detailed cash flows, cost forecasts, and perform earned value analysis. Interpret technical drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and construction contracts. Manage stakeholders effectively and utilize strong communication and analytical skills. Prioritize experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or high-end real estate developments. A minimum of 6 years in project planning and cost control for large-scale projects in real estate, hospitality, commercial, or residential sectors is required. Experience with premium or luxury residential developments is advantageous.

You must possess a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.
